In foam fabrication, speed and consistency decide throughput. Fabricators bond foams, urethane foams, textiles and backed upholstery vinyls across long production runs, where a slow-tacking or inconsistent adhesive costs far more than the adhesive itself. Spray systems deliver the instant grab, soft bond line and repeatability these operations depend on.
Industry Challenges
Fabrication lines run on volume, and every second of downtime multiplies. Adhesives must grab instantly without soaking into the foam, hold a soft bond line that will not telegraph through the finished part, and behave the same way on the last unit of a run as on the first. Many plants also need nonflammable options and must bond a wide mix of substrates — from urethane foams and textiles through to galvanized steel, aluminum and rigid plastics.

CyCan supplies canister, bulk and aerosol adhesive systems engineered for fabrication work: instant tack and grab, extended open time where assemblies need repositioning, high heat resistance, and nonflammable bulk and propellant where the plant requires it. - Q450 – Industrial Grade — instant tack and grab, soft bond line.
- Q460 – Multipurpose Adhesive — high heat resistance, adhesion to many substrates. Air-assisted version available.
- Q610 – Extended Open Time — low VOC, strong cold-temperature tack.
- Q630NF – Nonflammable — nonflammable bulk and propellant, adjustable web pattern. Air-assisted version available.

- Q635 – Nonflammable Spray Grade — nonflammable, instant grab.
Aerosols
- Q300 – High Tack Adhesive — 50-state compliant, heavy web.
- Q600 – Low Odor Pressure Sensitive — low soak-in, high solids.
- Q7200 – Expanded Polystyrene — no cavitation on EPS, fine lace spray pattern.
- Q320 – Fast Tack, Quick Grab PSA — EPS friendly, fast dry time.
Extras
- Q8200 – Adhesive Remover — citrus; 13 oz aerosol and 9 lb cylinder.
- Silicone Spray – Lubricant — 10.5 oz aerosol, 50-state compliant.
